<br />REg) LUTION #310 <br /> <br />Extract of Mirmtes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village <br />Hall in said Village on Tuesday, December 8, 1959, at 8:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following nembers were present: All and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Trustee Breman introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOIDTION ACCEPl'ING BID FOR mOJECT NO. 3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to advertisement for bids for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />No.3, Project No.3 according to the plans and specifications thereof on file <br />in the office of the Clerk of said Village, said bids were received on Friday, <br />December 4th at 11:)0 A.M., opened and tabulated according to law and the <br />following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Peter Lametti Construction Co. <br />Lametti & Sons, Inc. <br />F. Morettin! Construction Co. <br />Barbarossa & Sons, Inc. <br />Austin P. Keller <br />Robert W. Moore <br />Northern Contracting Co. <br />Orfei & Mariani & Sons <br />Nodland Construction Co. <br /> <br />$260,744.40 <br />251,457.00 <br />334,580.50 <br />393,8Q9.00 <br />311,680.00 <br />370,569.00 <br />361,405.75 <br />282,047.00 <br />298,950.00 <br /> <br />WHEREAS it appears that Lametti & Sons, Inc. of St. Paul is the lowest <br />responsible bidder, at the tabulated price of $251,457.00. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The l-1ayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into a contract with Lametti & Sons for $251,457.00 in the name of the Village <br />of Roseville for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3, Project No.3, according <br />to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the Village <br />Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith <br />to all bidders the deposits made with their bids except the deposits of the <br />successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract <br />has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Trustee Carlson and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All, and the following <br />voted against: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />
