RESOLUTION #312 Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council, Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, R~msey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 N. Lexington Avenue, st. Paul, Minnesota, on Tue sday, the 1st of December, 1959, at 2: 00 P.M. The following members were present: All, and the following were absent: None Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RE3:>LUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS AS TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Villa.ge of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 as finally amended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and, WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportion- ment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 1958 and WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained wi thin said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it haa later been divided, sold or conveyed, h made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assess- ment to be collected in the year 1959 and thereafter, NOW 'IHEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of October 4, 1957 and as amended as of July 24, 1958 against the following described properties: No. 145-3 Subj. to widened Ave. & except McCarron's Hills & McCarron's Hills Plat 2 & except west 134 ft. of each 328 ft. of south 150 ft. of north 660 ft. & except south 100 ft. of north 610 ft. of west 100 ft. of each 428 ft. the E 1/2 of SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Sec. 13 $1,194.88 Original Assessment:
