<br />REOOWTION <br /> <br /><:/ :J. <br />--' -' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Midland Construction Co., as developer is developing <br />FaiIView Heights Plat :3, and therein are dedicated certain streets known <br />as Russel Court, Stanbridge and Millwood, and pursuant to certain <br />provisions of Village Ordinance, has undertaken or caused to be graded <br />and stabilized, and <br /> <br />WHEREA.S, The Village of Roseville is constructing a Sanitary <br />Sewer as a local improvement on said streets, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said <br />streets, and filed. his report indicating and recommending that <br />completion of construction of said streets should be deferred until <br />after the completion of construction of said sanitary sewer, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets in <br />Fairview Heights Plat 3 <br /> <br />Russen Court <br />Stanbridge <br />Hillwood <br /> <br />L_ '\ de l~"-- <br />from ~-R4-.D to South End <br />from A1dine to Millwood <br />from Aldine to Co. Rd.
