EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 22nd day of February, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Johnson; Pust; Roe; and Klausing and the following were absent: Ihlan Councilmember Klausing introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 10792 RESCHEDULE THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR RICE STREET/ TH 36 BRIDGE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, on February 8, 2010, the Council received the Feasibility report with reference to the improvement of the Rice Street/ TH 36 Bridge Reconstruction Project and, WHEREAS, the City Council ordered a public improvement hearing for March 8~', 2010 and, WHEREAS, in order to assure that public notice is .provided consistent with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, this public improvement hearing needs to be rescheduled for March 22"d, 2010. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. The City Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $28,700,000. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March, 2010, in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:00 p.m. and the .City Manager shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson; Pust; Roe; and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none
