<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the 22nd day of February, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Johnson; Pust; Roe; and Klausing and the following were <br />absent: Ihlan <br />Councilmember Klausing introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10792 <br />RESCHEDULE THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR RICE STREET/ TH 36 BRIDGE <br />RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, on February 8, 2010, the Council received the Feasibility report with reference to the <br />improvement of the Rice Street/ TH 36 Bridge Reconstruction Project and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council ordered a public improvement hearing for March 8~', 2010 and, <br />WHEREAS, in order to assure that public notice is .provided consistent with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429, this public improvement hearing needs to be rescheduled for March 22"d, 2010. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. The City Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $28,700,000. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March, 2010, in the <br />council chambers of the city hall at 6:00 p.m. and the .City Manager shall give mailed and published <br />notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Johnson <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson; Pust; Roe; and <br />Klausing and the following voted against the same: none <br />
