<br />c[8EREAS, the assessment roll for 0anitary Sewer Improvement No. las finally
<br />amended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the County Auditor
<br />of Ramsey County and,
<br />
<br />"11ERE,~,S, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportiomnent
<br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 wC'.s helel
<br />on July 11, 1958 and ac1jcurned to July 2h, 1958 at l,rhich time 22sessments for
<br />Sanitary Se"\o,rer Improvement No.1 were ai118nded as provfded by said resolution of
<br />said elate a.nd certified and filed in the office of the County }~uditor of Hamsey
<br />County of September 5, 1958 and
<br />
<br />'TH".;R.EAS since that date n number of parcels of property contained within
<br />said assessment roll 23 mnended have been rli vided and convAyed by previous
<br />property owners and
<br />
<br />'rHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ran sey County requires that arrortiorunent of
<br />the originAl assessnent A[';ainst each original tract where it has later been
<br />divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of
<br />Rosev:i.lle in order that the proper assessr:1ent caD be extended by the County
<br />A11ditor against each parcel of properth thereafter, commencing with an assessment
<br />to be collected in the year 1959 and thereafter,
<br />
<br />NOH Ti;EREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby
<br />make the fol101-Jing a.pportionment of original assessments ::2S contained in said
<br />assessment roll of October 4, 1957 Q~~ 28 amended as of July 24, 1958 against the
<br />following described properties:
