Planning Commission Meeting <br />Minutes – Wednesday, November 05, 2008 <br />Page 4 <br />MOTION <br />Member Doherty moved, seconded by Member Martinson to RECOMMEND <br />APPROVAL of an INTERIM USE PERMIT to allow construction of an accessory <br />structure at Rosedale Tower, 1700 Highway 36, by Ted Glasrud Associates, Inc.; <br />based on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 5 and 6, and the <br />conditions detailed in Section 7 of the project report dated November 05, 2008. <br />Commissioner Wozniak opined that, as a tenant at another building managed by the <br />same company, he could attest that their maintenance staff are out every morning <br />preparing the grounds; and that, in general, they did a good job taking care of their <br />buildings and tenants. <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Chair Bakeman advised that this case was scheduled to be heard at the November 24, <br />2008 City Council meeting. <br />6. Adjourn <br />Chair Bakeman adjourned the meeting at approximately 7:15 p.m. <br />
