Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville, County Ramsey, State of Minn. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 5th day of January, 1960, at 2:00 P.M. The following members were present: Cedarholm,Keene,Carlson,Shields, Flanagan and the following were absent: None Tnlstee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS AS TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVl.<:MENT NO. L - #317 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 as finally amended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and, WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer ImprmTement No. 1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 1958 and 'nmREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and \~1HEREAS, the County auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment c~~ be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel pf property thereafter, commencing with an assess- ment to be collected in the year 1959 and thereafter, NOW THEREFORE, THE Village Council of the Village of Rosevi1le does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of October 3, 1957 and as amended as of July 24, 1958 against the following described properties: Original Assessment: No. 1152 & 1153 Hoffmans Grrden Tracts Lot 1, Block 2 $453.75 Hoffmans Garden Tracts Lot 2, Block 2 453.75 Apportionment: Hoffmans Garden Tracts S 2/3 of Lot 2, Block 2 302.50 Hoffmans Garden Tracts N 1/3 of Lot 2 & all of Lot 1, Block 2 605.00 Original Assessment: No. 145-4 Subj to Ave & ex part in 2 McCarron Hills Plats & ex W 130 ft of E 324 ft of 796.78
