The Council discussed the proposed ranking approach for Imagine Roseville 2025 action <br />items. The Council Members and staff discussed approaches to identify priorities <br />consistent with Imagine Roseville 2025 and how to solicit and receive staff, advisory <br />commission and public input. The Council discussed hearing presentations from <br />department heads that will help further an understanding of operational and long term <br />issues as well as IR 2025 priorities. The Council consensus was to hold a special meeting <br />on March 1 to begin hearing from departments and to also schedule discussions at <br />subsequent Council meetings. <br />5.
