CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AGREEMENT FOR PRINTING FORMS AND ENVELOPES <br />THIS IS AN AGREEMENT entered into the day of , 2010, <br />by and between the City of Roseville, Minnesota (hereinafter "City"), and Real World <br />Enterprises. Inc., d/b/a Impressive Print ("Impressive Print"), with its principal place of <br />business at 1754 West University Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55104. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the City uses forms and envelopes to disseminate news and gather <br />information; <br />WHEREAS, the City went through a competitive bidding process and selected <br />Impressive Print as the printer that best meets the City's needs for envelope and form <br />printing; <br />WHEREAS, Impressive Print has offered to provide printing service for three <br />years according to prices submitted in its RFP response and included as Attachment A to <br />this Agreement; <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into this Agreement with Impressive Print to <br />provide printing services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do mutually agree as follows: <br />Printin� Rec�uirements. In consideration for the compensation to be paid <br />pursuant to Article III below, Impressive Print shall provide the following: <br />1. Personnel Rec�uirements: Impressive Print shall retain sufficient <br />personnel and equipment to fulfill the requirements and <br />specifications of this Agreement. <br />2. Pa�er Rec�uirements: Impressive Print shall print the forms and <br />envelopes on paper specified in Attachment A. <br />3. Environmental Rec�uirements: Impressive Print shall retain its <br />Minnesota Great Printer designation and shall strive to obtain <br />additional certifications such as the FSC Chain of Command <br />certification. <br />
