The Governmental Unit must <br />ohtain the SEate's approva! in advan�e for each type of service that they want ta use. The anly �ost t❑ <br />Ehe Governmental []nit wili be far an additional rauter port, if it is needed ta segregate the CJDN trafiic <br />and establish the required separaie s�gment. <br />CJD�V trafFi� will ha�e priority routing and if the Governrriental Unit experiences bandwidth �ongestion <br />�slow response [ime}, then the Governmental Unit can acquire additianal Bandwidth, if a�ailabie, ❑n the <br />existing circuit r�r th� Governmental Unit can a�quire another circuit cpnnectipn thraugh the Minnesata <br />❑ffi�e of Enterprise Technology {�E"f}. T�e sam� installed rauter car� be used. <br />STATE'S RE5P�N5181�ITIES <br />A. The State shafl, by the nature of the lo�ation af the Governmental Units that it ser�es, cause the <br />Nlinnesata IVetwork {MNet} ta he extended to mQre Iacations throughaut the stafe. 7his provides <br />an oppartunity for Govemmental Units t❑ �artner with �he Stat� To more fully utilize the networ� <br />cannections and increase connec;i�ity hetween publi� sector organizatians. <br />S.
