1 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />2 OF THE <br />3 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />33 <br />34 <br />35 <br />36 <br />37 <br />38 <br />39 <br />40 <br />41 <br />42 <br />43 <br />44 <br />45 <br />� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day of March, 2010, <br />at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: . <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of Grant Agreements and Other Required <br />Documentation to Accept Grant Awards from Ramsey County's Environmental <br />Response Fund for the Phase 1 and 2 Infrastructure Projects within the Twin Lakes <br />Redevelopment Area <br />WHEREAS, the City submitted a grant application in May 2009 to Ramsey County for <br />funding through its Environmental Response Fund and on August 11, <br />2009, the County awarded the City $30,000 for environmental cleanup for <br />the Phase 1 infrastructure project within the Twin Lakes redevelopment <br />area; and <br />WHEREAS, the City submitted a grant application on November 6, 2009, to Ramsey <br />County for funding through its Environmental Response Fund, and on <br />December 1, 2009, the County awarded the City $180,570 for <br />environmental cleanup for the Phase 2 infrastructure project within the <br />Twin Lakes redevelopment area. <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County requires the City to enter into grant agreements and <br />provide supporting documentation to receive the grant awards. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville authorizes the <br />execution and delivery of grant agreements and other required <br />documentation to accept grant awards in the amount of $30,000 and <br />$180,570 from Ramsey County's Environmental Response Fund. <br />
