origin, or the presence of any sensory, mental or physical handicap, except <br />when there is a bona fide occupational limitation. <br />5.13. Construct the PROJECT to meet all applicable local codes, rehabilitation <br />standards, ordinances and zoning ordinances. <br />5.14. Meet the historic preservation requirements of Public Law 89-665 and the <br />Archeological and Historic Preservation Act of 1974, Pub. L. 93-291 and <br />Executive Order 11593, including the procedures prescribed in the <br />Regulations at 36 CFR Part 800. <br />5.15. Comply with the design requirements of the Architectural Barriers Act of <br />1968, 42 U.S.C. §4151in construction of the Improvements and the <br />Americans with Disabilities Act 42 U.S.C. § 12131. <br />5.16. Comply with the provisions of the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.0 <br />7401 et seq., and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, amended, 33 <br />U.S.C. § 1251, et seq., and the regulations issued thereunder. <br />5.17. Comply with the HUD Lead-Based Paint Regulations, 24 CFR Part 35, <br />issued pursuant to the Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, 42 <br />U.S.C. § 4831 et seq., requiring prohibition of the use of lead-based paint; <br />elimination of immediate lead-based paint hazards in residential <br />structures; and notification of the hazards of lead-based paint poisoning to <br />purchasers and tenants or residents of structures constructed prior to 1978. <br />5.18. Erect a sign to the AUTHORITY's specifications on the PROPERTY <br />identifying the AUTHORITY's Environmental Response Fund Program as <br />a source of funding for the PROJECT. <br />5.19. Comply with all applicable statutes, regulations, codes and ordinances <br />regulating the use or storage of Hazardous Substances which GRANTEE <br />stores on the PROPERTY. <br />5.20. Include in all news releases and public notices related to the PROJECT <br />information identifying the AUTHORITY's Environmental Response <br />Fund Program as a source of funds for the PROJECT. <br />5.21 Use the proceeds, which AUTHORITY is granting to GRANTEE solely <br />for remediation activities at the Twin Lakes site in the City of Roseville. <br />6. NEGATIVE COVENANTS GRANTEE covenants and agrees that for as long <br />as it is indebted to AUTHORITY, it will not: <br />Page -7- <br />
