<br />') { <br />RESOLUTION j J 1> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John Stuber and Anna Stuber, husband and wife, Herman Stuber and <br />Elsie Stuber, husband and wife, Ernest Stuber and Lucille Stuber, husband <br />and wife, as owners have pursuant to Resolution No. 296 of the Village of <br />Roseville installed or constructed Sanitary Sewer in or upon street known <br />as Stuber Court, said street running westerly from Dale Street to a cul-de-sac <br />in Stuber Addition, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS said owners have filed and also made their request for final acceptance <br />of said Sanitary Sewer by the Village of Roseville, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said sanitary sewer <br />and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said sanitary <br />sewer has been completed in accordance with all the requirements of <br />Resolution No. ';!S}6 and recommends the acceptance of said sanitary sel-rer <br />by the Village. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer located in or upon <br />Stuber Court., which runs westerly from Dale Street to a cul-de-sac in <br />Stuber Addition Plat 2, be and is hereby accepted by the Village of Roseville <br />as part of its sanitary sewer system and that John Stuber and Anna Stuber, <br />husband and wife, Herman Stuber and Elsie Stuber, husband and wife, Ernest <br />Stuber and Lucille Stuber, husband and wife, as owners be and are hereby <br />released from any further liability for construction and maintenance of <br />said sanitary sewer. <br /> <br />~-CtL <br />Accepted by the Village Council, this J <br /> <br />day of January, 1960. <br /> <br />~~~~ <br /> <br />May r <br /> <br />ATTES'l'~! <br /> <br />( r; <br />.
