<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
<br />OF CITY COUNCIL
<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA

<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
<br />council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the city Hall
<br />in said city on Monday, August 9, 1993, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P.
<br />Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None.
<br />
<br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its
<br />adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NOS.
<br />M-92-01, P-90-02-19, P-92-02-2, P-92-02-54, P-92-02-63, P-92-02-72,
<br />P-92-02-73, P-92-02-74, P-92-03, P-92-04, ST-90-11, ST-92-11,
<br />ST-92-12, ST-92-13, ST-92-14, P-92-06, P-92-10, M-92-25
<br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
<br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for
<br />Improvement No. M-92-01 of the City of Roseville on all that property at
<br />2125 Hamline Avenue, 870 Parker Avenue, and 1884 oxford Street for the
<br />removal of diseased elm trees; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice and
<br />the contract price for such improvements is $1,051.00, the other
<br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements
<br />amounts to $322.48 so that the total cost of the improvements will be
<br />$1,373.48, and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the
<br />cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be
<br />$1,373.48, and a direct payment by the property owners to Roseville in
<br />the amount of $258.05 for 2125 Hamline Avenue, $557.22 for 870 Parker
<br />Avenue, $558.22 for 1884 Oxford Street; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for
<br />Improvement No. P-90-02-19 of the City of Roseville on all that property
<br />abutting Heinel Drive from S. Owasso Boulevard to end of cul-de-sac and
<br />Heinel Circle from Heinel Drive to end of cul-de-sac for the
<br />construction of a new street by the installation of bituminous paving,
<br />concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage,
<br />utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for
<br />Improvement No. P-92-02-2 of the City of Roseville on all that property
<br />abutting Troseth Road from County Road C-2 to Old Highway 8 for the
<br />construction of a new street by the installation of bituminous paving,
<br />concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage,
<br />utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
