<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for
<br />Improvement No. P-92-03 of the city of Roseville on all that property
<br />abutting Old Highway 8 from County Road C-2 to County Road D for the
<br />construction of a new ~treet by the installation of bituminous paving,
<br />concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage,
<br />utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice
<br />relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions
<br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is
<br />$399,769.35, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making
<br />of said improvements amounts to $102,618.34 so that the total cost of the
<br />improvements will be $502,387.69, and of this cost the City will pay
<br />$315,635.51 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically
<br />assessed is hereby declared to be $186,752.18; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for
<br />Improvement No. P-92-04 of the City of Roseville on all that property
<br />abutting County Road C-2 from Old Highway 8 to Highway 88 for the
<br />construction of a new street by the installation of bituminous paving,
<br />concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage,
<br />utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice
<br />relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions
<br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is
<br />$62,797.38, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making
<br />of said improvements amounts to $14,418.56 so that the total cost of the
<br />improvements will be $77,215.94, and of this cost the city will pay
<br />$77,215.94 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically
<br />assessed is hereby declared to be $0.00; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for
<br />Improvement No. ST-90-11 of the City of Roseville on all that property
<br />in Neighborhood 19, Heinel Drive and Heinel Circle, area by the
<br />installation of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice,
<br />relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutlons
<br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such ~mproveme~ts is .
<br />$103,052.49, the other expenses incurred or to be 1ncurred 1n the mak1ng
<br />of said improvements alnounts to $25,763.16 ~o that the t~tal ~ost of the
<br />improvements will be $128,815.65, and of thlS cost the Cl~Y.Wl1l pay
<br />$96,611.53 as its share of the cost. The cost to be speclflcally
<br />assessed is hereby declared to be $32,204.12.
