<br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is <br />$148,000.00, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making <br />of said improvements amounts to $72,073.50 so that the total cost of the <br />improvements will be $220,073.50, and of this cost the City will pay <br />$23,763.65 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $196,309.85; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. P-92-10 of the City of Roseville on all that property <br />abutting Commerce street from Snelling Avenue Frontage Road to Albert <br />Street and Pascal Street from County Road B to Commerce street for the <br />construction of a new street by the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, <br />utilities, and necessa~y appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is <br />$76,210.79, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making <br />of said improvements amounts to $18,653.72 so that the total cost of the <br />improvements will be $94,864.51, and of this cost the City will pay <br />$0.00 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is <br />hereby declared to be $94,864.51; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. P-92-25 of the City of Roseville on all that property <br />abutting the railroad crossings on Terminal Road between Walnut Street <br />and st. Croix Street fQr the construction of railroad crossing repairs <br />and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is <br />$62,956.25, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making <br />of said improvements amounts to $582.92 so that the total cost of the <br />improvements will be $63,539.17, and of this cost the City will pay <br />$9,517.33 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $54,021.84. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the City Public <br />Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be <br />specially assessed. for such work against every assessable lot, <br />piece or parcel of land within the improvements affected, without <br />regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a <br />copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public <br />inspection. The City Manager may arrange for the assistance of <br />the Data processing Division of the County of Ramsey in the <br />preparation of the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, <br />notify the Council thereof for their further action and for their <br />setting of an assessment hearing therefor. <br />
