RES 0 L UTI 0 N ~/f WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a sanitary sewer system, and, WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has,by proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be in- stalled, maintained and operated within the plan adopted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to an approximate depth of from 10 to 12 feet deep, together with ingress and egress over and through the following described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under its powers of eminent domainL An easement 20 feet im width, the center line of which easement is described as follows: Commencing at a point on the west 590 feet of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the North- east 1/4 of Section 11, Township 29, Range 23, which point commences at a point 16 1/2 feet north of the south line of said parcel, and being 100 feet west of the east line of said parcel: thence North 560 00' East approximately 125 feet to a point on the East line of said parcel, being 80 feet North of the Southeast corner of said parce 1 . And a further temporary construction easement 30 feet in width lying northwesterly and immediately adjacent to the aforesaid 20 foot permanent easement. ..;I RESOLVED further, that Beldin H. Loftsgaarden, attorney for the Village of Roseville be authorized and directed to proceed with said proceedings forthwith.
