<br />Resolution No. --1?.- <br /> <br />Adopted February 19, 19S2 <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Village of Roseville elects to come <br /> <br /> <br />within the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 201 entitled "Registration <br /> <br />of Voters" regarding the establishment of a permanent voters registration <br /> <br />system and adopts the resolution by action of the Council of the Village <br /> <br />of Rosevi11e pursuant to section 201.03 of Chapter 201. <br /> <br />"The Village Clerk is hereby constituted the Commissioner of <br /> <br />Registration and is to receive additional compensation of $300.00 per <br /> <br />year for his services as Commissioner of Registration~" <br /> <br /> <br />"The Commisiioner is hereby authorized and empowered to purchase <br /> <br /> <br />the necessary supplies to administer the system of voters registration." <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
