<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE ~JILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILlAGE OF ROSEVILLE, COUNTY OF RAMSEY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA #323 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Villa~e <br />Hall at 2701 N. Le:xington.~ve., St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 12th day of <br />January, 1960, at 8:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Keene, Carlson, Flanagan, & Shields <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Trustee Shields introduced the follo~dng resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SP~ITARY <br />SElNER ll!PROV:EHE~1TS ~ro. 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Villa~e of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />\fKEREAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 as last <br />finally amended and adopted on November 9,1959, was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 10, 1959 for the purpose of including <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1960, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br />certified, have since been div.ided and conveyed by pronerty owners, and <br /> <br />\llHEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey Connty requires that apportionment of <br />original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, <br />sold or comreyed be made by the Village Council of the Village of Rosev1lle in <br />order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br />each parcel of property thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, <br />to commence with the assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br />make the following apportionment of an original assessment as contained in said <br />assessment roll of November 9, 1959 against the following described properties: <br /> <br />Original Assessment <br /> <br />No. 100. <br /> <br />Ex.
