RES 0 L UTI 0 N # 324 Extract of Minutes 02 Meeting of Village Council, Village of Roseville, Ramsey County" Minnesota, held NO'Tember 10, 1959 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Ros~rille, Minnesota, was duly held at the 'Tillage Hall in said Village on Tuesday, the lOth day of Nmrember, 1959, at 8:00 0' clock P.M. The following members were present: Cedarholm, Carlson, Kpene, Shields and Brennan, and the following members were absent: none Trustee Shields introduced and mD'Ted the adoption of the following rero lution: RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AT-ill ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ~EAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Council on AU~lst 7, 1959, the Village Engineers, Banister Engineering Co., have prepared plans and specifications for Project No. 3 of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3 and have presented such plans and specifications to the Council for appr~Tal. THERE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are herepy approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Rose Tribune, the official paper, and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such impr~Tement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published as reauired by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis Of a cash payment for such work, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the council at 11:30 o'clock A.M. on December 4th, 1959 in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit or certified check payable to the Clerk for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid and that the advertisement shall state a completion date of August 1, 1960. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Carlson and upon vote being taken the following voted in favor: all and the following voted against: none 1nJHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
