NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT P-09-11 RICE STREET/ TH 36 BRIDGE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hali, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 22nd day of March, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement P- 09-11. The improvement will include the installation of sidewalk, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer repair, water main replacement, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Engineer, Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $28,700,000. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement shall be all that property abutting Rice Street within the City cf Roseville along the project limits. The project limits are Rice Street from approximately 700 feet south of County Road B West to 500 feet north of County Road 82 West.
