RES 0 L UTI 0 N #325 Extract of Minute~ of Meeting ot the Village Council Village of Ro~evi11e County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly Held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 19th day of January, 19€:o, at 2: 00 0 I clock P.M. The following members were present: Flanagan and the following were absent: Cedarholm, Keene, Carlson, Shields and none Trustee Carlson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 2 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 as last finally amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 10, 1959 for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1960, and WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original as~e~l!llllent roll'.a~ certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and WHEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper a~sessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, to commence with the a~sessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter. NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council ot the Village of Roseville doe~ hereby make the following apportionment of an original assesement as contained in said a~sessment roll of November 9, 1959 against the following described properties: No. 161 Subj to Fairview Ave & Ry spur track esmt & ex W 435 ft; the N 500 ft of NE t of NE t of Sec. 9, T 29, R 23 Subj to Ave & ex W 902 ft; the S 350 ft of N 500 ft of NE ~ of ~l t of See 9, T 29, R 23 $6,375.00 Or~ginal Assessment: Apportionment: 2,957.00 Subj to spur tract esnt; the E 261 ft of W 102 ft of N 500 ft of NE i of NW i of See 9, T 29, R 23 1,240.00
