<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Q,3-J-C <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held <br />in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday, <br />the 26th day of January, 1960, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Keene, Carlson, Shields <br />and Flanagan and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESEMENTS <br />AS TO SAlTTARY SEiNER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 as <br />finally amended and adopted on October 4, 19.57, was certified to the County <br />Audi tor of Ramsey County and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental asses31lents, reassessments, and <br />apportiomnent of previous asses3Ilents in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />No. 1 was held on July 11, 19.58 and adjourned to July 24, 19.58 at which time <br />assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amended as provided by <br />said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 1958 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained wi thin <br />said assessnent roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous <br />proper~ owners and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportiomnent <br />of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been <br />divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County <br />Auditor against each parcel ~of property thereafter, commencing with an <br />assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter, <br /> <br />NOil THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e does hereby <br />make the following apportiomnent of original assessments as contained in said <br />assessment roll of October 4, 19.57 and as amended as of July 24, 1958 against <br />the following described properties: <br />
