Extract of Minutes of Meeting Village Council Village of Roseville County of Ramsey State of Minnesota of the f( cW .3 <-:;-7 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2101 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 2nd day of February, 1960, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Flanagan and the following were absent: Cedarholm, Keene, Carlson, Shields And none Trustee Carlson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSES31ENTS RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 2 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 as last finally amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 10, 1959, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1960, and WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and WHEREAS the County Auditor cf Ramsey County requires that apportionment of original assessnent against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, to commence with the assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter. NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of an original assessment as contained in said assessment roll of November 9, 1959 against the following described properties: No. 795-197 Husbys Northview Lot 1, Blk 1, Subj to esnt; $581.25 Original Assessment: Husbys Northview Lot 2, Blk 1, Sub0 to esmt. 581..25 NOTE: San. Sewer on Lot 3, Blk 1, Husbys Northview, Paid in Full prior to certification to this office.
