STATE 01' KDDJESO'l'A COtJIITY OF RAMSEY VILlAGE OF ROSEVILLB RESOLUTION -,g J;+-- ~- (.-~ WHEREAS, pursuant to agreement between the Village of Roseville and the City of Saint Paul, the Village of Roseville now discharges sani tary sewage into the sanitary sewer system of the City of Saint Paul, and, WHEREAS, the Village of Shoreview has, by Resolution, requested permission from the Village of Roseville and the City of Saint Paul to coaaect to the Roseville sanitary sewer system at appropriate points and discharge into the Roseville sanitary sewer system and eventually into the Saint Paul sewer system, sanitary sewage from the areas in the Village of Shoreview, as follows, to-wit I Sections 3S and 36 and also all that part of Sections 25 and 26 lying South of the South right-of-way line of Interstate Highway Bo. 394 and also that part of said Section 25 lying Bortheasterly of said Interstate Highway and SOutheasterly of the SOutheasterly right- Of-way line of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault Ste. Marie RailwaYJ all in Township 30 Borth, Range 23 West, Ramsey County, Minnesota. NOW THEBEFORE, BE 1'1' aBSOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, that it requests the City of Saint Paul to take appro- priate action by its City Council to amend the Saint Paul Ordinance or OrdinaDces in such a manner so as to allow the Village of Roseville to permit the Village of Shoreview to coanect its sanitary sewage system to and discharge into the sanitary sewer system of the Village of Roseville, for the purpose of providing sanitary sewer disposal for the aforesaid areas within the Village of Sboreview, and which sanitary sewage will ultimately be discharged into the Saint Paul sanitary sewer system.
