<br />') / <br /> <br />j <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved <br />and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation <br />of a sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, <br />~ proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations <br />of underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be <br />installed, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of <br />Roseville needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the con- <br />struction, maintenance and operation of sewer mains, sewer <br />pipes and appurtenances to an approximate depth of from 6 to <br />10 feet, together with ingress and egress over and through the <br />following described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under its <br />powers of eminent domain: <br /> <br />The westerly 15 feet of the easterly 48 feet <br />of the East 3/4 of the Southeast ~ of the <br />Northeast ~ of Section 12. Township 29, Range 23, <br />except the West 150 feet of the East 183 feet <br />of the North 300 feet of the South 333 feet thereof. <br /> <br />RESOLVED further, that Beldin H.
