<br />Extract of Minutes of Heeting of the <br />Village County of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village <br />Hall in said Village on Tuesday, April 5th, 1960, at 2:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Keene, Ca.rlson, Shields, Flanagan <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Trustee Shields then introduced and m~Ted the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 335 <br /> <br />RgSOLUTION ACCEPTnm BID FOR PROJECT NO. 6 <br /> <br />vnIKREAS pursuant to advertisement for bids for Sanitar,y Sewer Improvement NO.3, <br />Project No. 6 according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the <br />office of the Clerk of said Village, said bids were received on March 25, 1960, <br />at 11:30 A.M. opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids <br />were received complying with the arnrertisement: <br /> <br />Lametti & Sons <br />Phelps-Drake <br />Acton Const. Co. <br />Hurley Const. Co. <br />F. Morettini Const. <br /> <br />$28,600.00 <br />28,835.00 <br />28,383.00 <br />28,846.00 <br />316,472.75 combined Projects 5 and 6 <br /> <br />tllHEREAS it appears that F. Morettini Const.Co. of St. Paul is the lowest <br />responsible bidder, at the tabulated price of $315,935.25 combined Projects 5 and 6. <br /> <br />NOlv THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with F. Morettini Const. Co. for $315,935.25 in the name of the Village <br />of Roseville for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. ), Project No.5 and 6 according <br />to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore anproved by the Village Council <br />and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The Village ~lerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith <br />to all bidders the deposits made with their bids except the deposits of the <br />successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract <br />has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Trustee Keene and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the follOwing voted in favor thereof: All, CJ.nd the following voted against: None, <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
