Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council, Village of Roseville County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, Baas duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 5th day of April, 1960, at 2:00 P.M. ~~a following members were present: ~,~-C~~ and the following were absent: ~~1.~~~--zt~__~~ i Trustee ~~u~_-~,1~.-1-' introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS AS ~ SANITARY SE~rIF~ IMPROVEMENT N0. 1 ~ ~ C.o BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 as finally amended and adopted on October 1~, 1957, was certified to the County Au ditor of Ramsey County and, WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 was held on July il, 1958 and adjourned to July 2I~, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amended as provided bY,~ said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 1958 and WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and T,~fiEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter, NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby made tl~ie following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of October !~, 1g57 and as amended as of July 2l~, 1958 against the follo~r_ng described properties: Original Assessment: Subj to TH 10 & sewer esmt• the E 2`111.5 ft 91,513.71 of id 2 of S z of N z o f 8E4 of NE ~ of No. 301 Sec 15, T 29, R 23.
