Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council, Village of Roseville County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota '337 C/ Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 5th day of April, 1960, at 2:00 P.M. RESOIDTION RErATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS AS TO"qANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi1le, Minnesota, as follows: HHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 as finally amended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and, WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 1958, and WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been diviaed and conveyed by previous Droperty owners and illHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter.
