Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Crnlncil, Village of Roseville County of Ramsey, state of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey Crnlnty, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, st. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 5th day of April, 1960, at 2:00 P.M. A' 17 t7 The following members were present: ~ 3 )f and the following. were absent: }'\,/}-y02. / Trustee A.u..l.t4-' introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING ro APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 2 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 as last finally amended and adopted on NOIT ember 9, 1959, was filed and certified to the County A udi tor of Ramsey County on December 10, 1959, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1960, and \lliEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and WHEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County reqlJires that apportionment of original assessment against each original tract Where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, to commence with the assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter. NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of an original assessment as contained in said assessment roll of November 9, 1959 against the following described properties: Original Assessment: No. 1866-67-68 Roseville Hills No. 2 Lot 4, Block 3 Lot 5, Block 3 Lot 6, Block 3 Apportionment: Part, Ely of a line, beg at NW cor of lot 4; th Sly to point on Sly line of & 22.7 ft from SW cor of sd lot, of lot 4, Block 3 $550.00 550.00 550.00 487.50 Part, Wly of a line, beg at NW cor of lot 4; th Sly to point on Sly line of & 22.7 ft from SW cor of sd lot, of lot 4 & part Nly of fol line: beg on W line of & 12 ft S of NW cor of lot 6; th SEly to Ely line of & 13.6 ft from SE cor of lot 5 of sd lots 6 & 5, block 3 581.25
