<br />.j ~ U\ <br />.1'" <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there exists a drainage problem affecting the <br />public and affecting public property, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has <br />determined that there is a need for the installation of storm <br />sewers or surface water drains for the direction of waters so <br />endangering the public and the public property, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of <br />Roseville needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the con- <br />struction, maintenance and operation of storm sewers or surface <br />water drains to an approximate depth of 5 to 12 feet deep, to- <br />gether with ingress and egress over and through the following <br />described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under its powers <br />of eminent domain: <br /> <br />An easement 20 feet in width, the center line of <br />which is described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point on the east line of the <br />South 527.25 feet of Lot 9, except the West 119.8 <br />feet thereof, Boardman's Five Acre Lots, said point <br />lying 145 feet southerly of the NE corner of said <br />Lot 9, thence South 520 30' West approximately 225 <br />feet to a point on the east line of the westerly <br />119.8 feet of said Lot 9, said point also lying <br />275 feet south of the north line of said Lot 9. <br /> <br />RESOVED further, that Loftsgaarden & Loftsgaarden, <br />attorneys for the Village of Roseville, be authorized and <br />directed to take such steps and proceedings as may be necessary <br />for the acquisition of the foregoing easement. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Village Council <br /> <br />this 5th day of April, 1960. <br /> <br />C'-VC?~~~ '> {JL <br /> <br />') Mayor <br /> <br />;2i: <br />ATT . <br /> <br />~~ UJY~ <br /> <br />~ lerk <br />
