From this, determine a plan for consolidation of fire stations, and <br />operations through building a new fire station to serve the community into the future. <br />Goal #2 <br />Review current hiring, staffing, and training programs: Complete an analysis of the new <br />employee hiring process, staffing operations, call-back program, and training programs. <br />Goal #3 <br />Establish a leadership program: Continue to improve and evaluate a program that assures we <br />are doing everything possible to provide learning opportunities and development for current <br />and future fire officers. <br />Goal #4 <br />Measure the effectiveness of service: Develop performance measurements for fire operations. <br />and services, including an ISO evaluation. <br />Goal #5 <br />Shared services: Continue to explore partnerships for shared service with other surrounding <br />communities. <br />
