<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council, Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />ct" ~ <br />~,. t) <br />;) <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the VillageCouncil <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the <br />Village Hall at 2701 North lexington Avenue, St.. Paul, J.'i1innesota, on Tuesday, the <br />12th day of April, 1960, at 8:00 P.M. <br />J <br /> <br />The following members were present: All, and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Trustee Flanagan,introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSES~1ENTS RELATING TO SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEl'1ENT NO. 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Viliage'~f Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />I,'ffiEREAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.2 as last finally <br />amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was filed and certified to the County Auditor <br />of Ramsey County on December 10, 1959 for, the purpose of including installments thereof <br />to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1960, and <br /> <br />vffiEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as certified, <br />have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and <br /> <br />\^THEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of original <br />assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or <br />conveyed be made by the Village', Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the <br />proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property <br />thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, to commence with the <br />assessrnentto be collected in the year 1960 end thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the <br />following apportionment of an original assessment as contained in saidassessrnent roll <br />of November 9, 1959 against the following described properties: <br /> <br />Original Assessment: (C) <br />No. 281, 282, 282-1, 282-2 <br /> <br />Subj to Co Rd B2 & Western Ave. <br />& ex E ! of SE~ & ex E 132 ft <br />of S 363 ft of SWI & ex W 132 ft <br />of S 363 ft of SW4 & ex W 132 ft <br />of E 264 ft of S 330 ft of sd SW~ <br />thereof; the SE~ of NWi of Sec 12, <br />T 29, R 23. <br /> <br />(d) S 158 ft of E 148 ft of SE~ pf <br />NWi (subj to Rds) in Sec 12, <br />T 29, R 23. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />(e) S 143 ft of W 145 ft of E 293 ft <br />of SEi of NW i (s'ubj to Rd) in <br />Sec 12, T 29, R 23. <br /> <br />(f) Ex S 158 ft of E 148 ft & ex S <br />143 ft of W 145 ft of E 293 ft; <br />the E 293 ft; the E ! of SEi of <br />SEi of NWi (subj to Rds) in Sec 12, <br />T 29, R 23. <br /> <br />$4,637.50 <br /> <br />768.75 <br /> <br />956.25 <br /> <br />237 .50 <br />
