<br />RESOLUTION NO. 3 V ) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID. STREET NO. 223 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CORANSEY BLVD. from County Road B to Centerline of N. McCarrons Blvd. <br />has been previously designated as State Aid Street No. 223, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is contemplated to designate Western Avenue, from N. McCarrons Blvd. <br />to W. County Road B as a State Aid Street, and, <br /> <br />I.'1THEREAS, no State Aid funds have been expended on COHANSEY BLVD, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESJLVED, By the Village of Roseville Council that <br />OJRANSEY BLVD. from N. McCarrons Blvd. to Vi. County'Road B be, and hereby <br />is revoked as a designated f'Municipal State Aid Street" of said Village, <br />subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner <br />of Highways for his consideration, that upon his approval of the revocation of <br />the previous designation of said street, such approved revocation shall delete <br />said COHANSEY BLVD. from County Road B to Centerline of N.
