EXTRACT OF tlINUTES OF I,mETING VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, RAl'1SEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was held in the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said Village on April 26, 1960 at 8:00 P M. The following members were present: All, and the following were absent: None. Hember Shields introduced and moved the adopti.on of the following resolution: RESOLUTION RECEIVING A REPORT AND CALLING FOR A HEARING ON STREET IMPRCNEHENT No. 344 r'lHERF.AS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted April 5, 1960, a report has been prepared by Charles H. Sautter, Jr., Village Engineer, with reference to the feasibility of a proposed street improvement over the following described property: A sixty food (60') strip whose center line commences at a point thirty-three feet (33') south of the North Section line of the Northeast Quarter (NE~) of the Northwest Quarter (NW!) Sec. 4, Town 29, Range 23 West, said center line being property line Lot 12, Lake Johanna Homes, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, 1-1innesota, to a point Seven Hundred Fifteen Feet (715') south of the North line of said Lot 12, said point being the center point of a sixty-five foot (65') radius fonning a turnaround aoo culdasac of said proposed roadway and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended, and this report was received by the Council on April 19, 1960. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLlTED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Mi~~esota as follows: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the improvement of Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00) 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day of May, 1960 in the Council Chambers of The Village Hall at 8:00 P.M. and the Clerk shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required b~r law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Carlson, and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted against the same: None and the follOwing vo ted in favor thereof: All. whereupon said resulution was declared duly passed and adopted.
