<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />VILIAGE COUNCIL, VILLAGE OF ROSEYILLE, RAHSEY <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County.. Minnesota, was held in <br />the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said Village on April 5, 1960 <br />at 2:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: All.. and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF REPORT #345 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the VillageCouncil of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota <br />as follows: <br /> <br />L. A certain petition requesting the improvement of <br /> <br />A sixty food (60') strip whose center line commences at a <br />point thirty-three feet (33') south of the North Section <br />line of the Northeast Quarter (NE~) of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NWi) Sec. 4, Town 29, Range 23 West, said center line being <br />property line Lot 12, Lake Johanna Homes, according to the <br />recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />to a point Seven Hundred Fifteen feet (715') south of the <br />North line of said Lot 12, said point being the center point <br />of a sixty-five foot (65') radius forming a turnaround and <br />culdasac of said proposed roadway <br /> <br />filed with the Council of April 5 is hereby declared to be signed by <br />the required percentage of owners of the property affected thereby. <br />This declaration is made in conformity to M.S. 429.035. <br /> <br />2. The petition is here~ referred to Charles H. Smltter, Jr. <br />village engineer, and he is instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed actrising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to 'lr1hether it should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, <br />and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Carlson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: All, and the following voted against the same: None, <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
