<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />April 19, 1960 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village <br />Hall in said Village on Tuesday, the 19th day of April, 1960, at 2:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: All, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Trustee Shields introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PIANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS #347 <br /> <br />h'HERF..AS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Council on August 7, <br />1959, the Village Engineers, Banister Engineering Co., have prepared plans and <br />specifications for Project 7 of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 and have <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota. <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, <br />and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Rose <br />Tribune, the official paper, and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement <br />for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and <br />specifications. The advertisement shall be published as required by law, shall <br />speci~ the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment <br />for such work, shall state that bids will be opened and conaidered by the Council <br />at 11:30 A.M. on May 26, 1960, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and <br />accompanied by a cash deposit or certified check payable to the Clerk for ten <br />percent (10%) of the amount of such bid and that the advertisement shall state <br />a completion date of October 1, 1960. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoptionof' the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Trustee Keene, and upon vote being taken the following voted in favor: All, <br />and the following voted against, None. <br /> <br />"tmEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNE3)TA) <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) SS <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the <br />Village of Rosevil1e, Ramsey County, Minnesota, hereby certify that the attached <br />and foregoing is a full, true, and correct copy of the minutes of the meeting of <br />the Village Council of said Village held on the Date "therein indicated, so far as <br />the same relates to approving plans and specifications and ordering advertisement <br />for bids for Project No. 7 of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such <br /> <br /> <br />1960. <br /> <br />L.<., <br />
