):c3~4 Exjract of Minues of Meeting of Village Council Village of Rosevi1le, Ramsey County, :rt.innesota" May 4, 1960 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, was held at the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said Village on the 4th day of May, 1960, at 7:30 P.M. The fallm'ling members were presAnt: Carlson, Shields, Flanagan" and Keene., and the following were absent: Cedarho1m. The Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of the notice of sale of the Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds, Series G, in the amount of $1,000,000 in accordance with the resolution adopted April 5, 1960. Said affidavits were examined, found satisfactoryand ordered placed on file. The Clerk reported that two sealed bids had been received pursuant to said published notice of sale, which bids were thereupon opened and publicly read and cahsidered, and the highest and best bid of each bidder was found to be as follows: The First National Bank of St. Pau11 John Nuveen & Co., Inc., Ch5.cago, Illinois; A.llison-Williams Company, Minneapolis; J.
