For the prompt and full payment of such <br />principal and interest as the same become due the full faith, credit and taxing powers <br />of the Village are hereby irrevocably pledged. <br /> <br />This bond is one of a series in the aggregate principal amount of $1,000,000, all <br />of like date and tenor except as to serial number, interest rate, maturity and <br />redemption privilege, issued by said Village for the purpose of defraying expenses <br />incurred and to be incurred in construction of an improvement designated as "Sanitary <br />SevIer Improvement No.3" of the Village of Roseville, and is issued pursuant to and in <br />full conformity with resolutions duly adopted by the V illage Council after hearing as <br />required by law and pursuant to and in full conformity with the Constitution and laws <br />of the State of Minnesota thereunto enabling, including Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429. <br />This bond is payable primarily from the Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bond Sinking Fund <br />of the Village, but the Council is required to pay the principal and interest thereof <br />out of any fund in the treasury in the e,rent that the moneys on hand in s,id fund are <br />at any time insufficient to meet the p'yment of maturing nrincipal and interest. <br /> <br />Bonds of this series bearing serial numhers 1 through 500 (maturing in the years <br />1962 through 1971) are payable at their respective stated maturity dates without option <br />of prior payment, but those bearing serial numbers 501 through 1,000 (maturing in the <br />years 1972 through 1981) are each subject to redemption and prepayment at the option of <br />the Village on June 1, 1965, and any interest payment date thereafter, in inverse order <br />of their serial numbers, and at a price of par and accrued interest plus a premium of <br />$20 for each bond prepaid on or before June 1, 1970, and $10 for any bond prepaid <br />thereafter but on or before June 1, 1975, and without premium if prepaid after June 1, <br />1975. The Village will mail notice of the call of any of said bonds for redemption, <br />~ot less than thir~ days prior to the date specified for redemption, to the holder, <br />~f known., and to the bank at which principal and interest are then payable. Holders <br />of prepayable bonds desiring to receive such notice may register their names and <br />addresses and the serial numbers of their bonds with the Village Treasurer. <br />
