EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF IvffiETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, COUNTY OF RAMSEY, STA TE OF MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the ~Tillage Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County., ~1innesota., ..ras duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 17th day of Hay, 1960, at 2:00 P.}~. The following members were present: All, and the following were absent: None. Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESJLUTION PELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS AS TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 #350 BE IT RESOLVED ~ the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1~REAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 as finally amended ana adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and 1NHE:REAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments., and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. I was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 1958 and WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained wi thin said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and iVREREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County req11ires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencj_ng with an assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter, NOW THEBEFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of October 4, 1957 and as amended as of July 24, 1958 against the fallowing described properties: Original Assessment: Schwartz's Subdivision Lots 16 thru 30, Block 1 $1,,392.38 ~1o (j/ 1-,,039.88 ,,;/g?
