OF ROSEVILLE, COUNTY OF RAMSEY, STATE OF MINNESTA <br />ff3Sf <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Lexingtonf>.venue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday, <br />the 17th day of May, 1960, at 2:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: All, and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESJ LUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELiiTING TO SANITARY <br />SEHER JMPROVEMENT NO. 2 #351 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />i-JH.EREAS the assessment roll for S~ itary Sewer Improvement No. 2 as last <br />finally amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was fi~ed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 10, 1959, for the purpose of including <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in <br />1960, and <br /> <br />vlliEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br />certified, have since been divided and cororeyed by property owners, and <br /> <br />vlliEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of <br />original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, <br />sold or conveyed be made by the Village Council of the Villa~e of Roseville in <br />order that the propertassessment can be extended by The County Auditor against <br />each parcel of property thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, <br />to commence with the assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter. <br /> <br />NO'irJ THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br />make the following apportionment of an original assessment as contained in said <br />assessment roll of November 9, 1959 against the following described properties: <br /> <br />Original Assessment: <br /> <br />No. 459 <br /> <br />Boardman's Five Acre Lots <br />E 100 Ft of W 149.1 ft of <br />S ! of Lot 12. <br /> <br />$615.00 <br /> <br />Apportionment: <br /> <br />Ex S 150 ft; the E 100 ft <br />of W 149.1 ft of S ! of Lot 12. <br /> <br />S 150 ft of E 100 ft of W <br />149.1 ft of Lot 12. <br /> <br />675.00 <br /> <br />.00 <br /> <br />Original Assessment: <br /> <br />No. 76 <br /> <br />Subj to Fairview Ave; the <br />fol: ex N 12 acres; the <br />NEi of STili.
