RHRA_ Consent for financial and staff services (01-16-07) - Page 1 of 1 <br />REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br /> <br />Date: 1 -16-07 <br />Item No: 6.d. <br />Staff Approval: Agenda Section: <br /> CB Consent Items Item Description: Approval of Financial a nd Staff service fee transfer of funds for <br />January 2007 (HF0056) <br />1.0 Requested Action <br /> <br />Approve, by consent, the transfer of HRA funds to City of Roseville for financial and support <br />staffing service per contract requirements for January 2007. <br /> <br />2.0 Background <br /> <br />2.1 The Contract for Financial Services is for a total of $3,400 or 5% of the HRA total <br />administrative Budget for 2007 of $68,250. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer <br />of funds after approval by the HRA. Th e total monthly fee is $283.33. The fee is <br />transferred from the HRA Fund to the General Fund of the City. <br /> <br />2.2 The Contract for the Administrative Support Staff is for a total of $10,820 or <br />approximately 30% of the part time Community Development Assistant Salary for 2007. <br /> The fee is prorated monthly with a transf er of funds after approval by the HRA. The <br />total monthly fee is $901.67.
