Board & Staff Reports <br /> <br />Community Development Director John Stark provided an update to the HRA regarding the <br />AUAR and land use process for Twin Lakes. He also provided an update regarding the City <br />Manager search. Mr. Stark will be out of town for the January 16, 2007 HRA meeting but noted <br />that Jamie Radel was in attendance to represent the department and learn more about the HRA. <br /> <br />10.
