Some examples used by our clients are:
• Essential Function Housing Developm ent Bonds in Anoka County, Chisago
County, and Champlin.
• Housing Improvement Areas within St . Louis Park, Eagan, and Hopkins.
• Tax Increment Financing in all of our clients including the use of a pooled
housing TIF fund for housing improveme nts in Dakota County and Richfield.
• Multi-Family Housing Revenue Bonds such as Brooklyn Park’s efforts to address
its rental housing needs and the St. Louis Park Louisiana Court project.
• Single Family Subdivision development including the Hawk Ridge project in
Duluth.
• Rehabilitation loan programs for housi ng such as the Richfield Rediscovered
program.
• Low Income Housing Tax credits used to finance multi-family rental housing in
many communities including Chanha ssen and Inver Grove Heights.
