These programs include: <br /> Roseville HRA Family Affordable Loan Program <br />Provides loans up to $35,000 at 4% interest to encourage young families to <br />remain in Roseville or mo ve to Roseville and make home improvements, thereby <br />investing in Roseville’s housing stock for future generations. <br /> Roseville Housing Redesign Program <br />Homeowners receive 50% of the cost (u p to a maximum $6000) for professional <br />architectural design assistance to make si gnificant improvements to their homes to <br />function better for them and for future generations. <br />Please call the HRA Hotline at 651-792-7015 for more information on HRA <br />Housing Programs. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Affordable Home Ownership Opportunity! <br /> Renovated Property Available with Special Financing Options <br />This home at 1000 Woodhill Drive is available <br />for purchase through a partnership with the <br />Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation, <br />Ramsey County and the Roseville HRA. <br />Qualified buyers are elig ible for a low-interest, <br />deferred payment gap lo an to make up the <br />difference between the sa le price and the first <br />mortgage qualification level of at least <br />$175,000.
