Roseville HRA Staff Quarterly Report <br />January - March 2007 <br /> <br /> <br />HRA Staff 1st Quarter Highlights: <br /> <br />The first quarter of 2007 was spent mostly on a variety of annual planning items such <br />as contract renewals and evaluation of 2007 staff needs. The Executive Director <br />consulting time was significantly less in the 1 st quarter of 2007 compared with 129 <br />hours in the 1 st quarter of 2006. <br /> <br />As of the end of the 1 st quarter of 2006, three homes had been purchased under the <br />SHRP program and none of them had been sold. The GMHC requested changes to the <br />criteria to facilitate the sales of the homes. <br /> <br />The Home & Garden fair was held in January of 2007 and was a huge success even <br />with inclement winter weather.
