(HF0056) <br /> <br />1.0 Requested Action <br /> <br />Approve, by consent, a consultant services contract with GMHC for the Housing Resource <br />Center in 2008. <br /> <br />2.0 Background <br /> <br />21. The Housing Resource Center will continue to serve the residents of the City of Roseville <br />by providing housing information, rehabilitation consultations and loan programs. The fee for <br />service will be $30,000 for 2008. <br /> <br />3.0 Staff Recommended Action <br /> <br />Staff is recommending the approval, by consent, fo r a consultant services contract with GMHC <br />for the Housing Resource Center in 2008.
