Roseville HRA Staff Quarterly Report <br />October - December 2007 <br />HRA Staff 4th Quarter Highlights: <br />The Interim Executive Director and the HRA board presented the HRA's updated <br />strategic plan to the City Council at their December 17 meeting. The HRA Strategic Plan <br />focuses on the following key elements: accountability, sustainability, establishment of <br />criteria for all housing programs, providing a hand up and not a hand out and proactive <br />code enforcement. <br />The HRA Administrative Coordinator continued to work with the Home & Garden Fair <br />Coordinating Committee to organize this year's fair, which will be held on February 23, <br />2008. Only a few booths remain to be filled. The informational seminars have been <br />booked and many will focus on green building technology and energy efficient design. The <br />Home and Garden Fair Coordinating Committee has also secured five corporate sponsors. <br />At their November meeting, the HRA decided to lower the price of the Senior Housing <br />Regeneration Program home at 1000 Woodhill Ave to facilitate a sale of the property. A <br />purchase agreement for the home was signed and the home is set to close in January. <br />Patrick Trudgeon started work as the Roseville Community Development Director on <br />November 26.
