4.1.1 The Revolving Loan Program and the Family Affordable Loan Program be <br />combined as of April 1, 2008. The new program will provide loans to <br />Roseville residents at 4% interest for a term not to exceed 10 years and a <br />maximum loan amount of $20,000 and include criteria or incentives for green <br />design and use of energy star products.
