4.1.1 The Revolving Loan Program and the Family Affordable Loan Program be <br />combined as of April 1, 2008. The new program will provide loans to <br />Roseville residents at 4% interest for a term not to exceed 10 years and a <br />maximum loan amount of $20,000 and include criteria or incentives for green <br />design and use of energy star products. The new program will be limited to <br />households that meet or are below the area's average median income. <br />4.1.2 A final decision should be made by the RHRA in regards to its participation <br />in code enforcement in Roseville based on the discussion of Sections 3.11 <br />and 3.12 above. <br />4.1.3 The RHRA should direct staff to continue working on evaluating and making <br />recommendations to the RHRA for the Senior Housing Regeneration <br />Program, multi-family programs, and the Roseville Redesign Program. <br />5.0 RFIRA Recommended Action <br />Will be based on discussion <br />Prepared by: Patrick Trudgeon (651-792-7071) Attachment RHRA Program Evaluarion Matrix, <br />2008 Budget <br />RHRA Program Evaluation (03-18-08) -Page 4 of 4 <br />
