<br />EXTRACT OF NINUTES OF }'fEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL, iTILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, COUNTY OF RAl.fSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the iTillage Council <br />of the Village of Roseville, Bamsey' County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 7th day <br />of June, 1960, at 2:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Flanagan, Keene, Shields, and <br />the following were absent: Carlson <br /> <br />Trustee Flanagan introduced the following resol~tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION BELATING TO APPORTIONHElIIT OF ASSESm.mNTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEHER PlPRQlTENENT NO. #353 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Hinnesota, <br />as follm,rs: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 as last finally <br />amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was filed and certified to the County <br />Auditor of Ramsey County on December 10, 1959 for the purpose of including install- <br />ments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1960, and <br /> <br />;"TBEREA2 parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br />certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and <br /> <br />;'THEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County remlires that apportionment of original <br />assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or <br />co~reyed be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that <br />the Droper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel <br />of property thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, to commence <br />vnth the assessment to be rollected in the year 1960 and thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW THEEEFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make <br />the following apportionment of an original assessment as contained in said assessment <br />roll of November 9, 1959 against the follow:ng described properties: <br /> <br />No. 18 <br /> <br />Subj to Oxford ~t. the S R3.51 ft <br />of N 919.54 ft of ',J 521.66 ft HOL <br />of E-~- of WJ of sv-r;; of Sec 2, T 29 R 23. <br /> <br />$571.R8 <br /> <br />Original Assessment: <br /> <br />Apportionment: <br /> <br />Subj to st; the S 83.51 ft of N <br />919.54 ft of E 360.09 ft of IJ 521.66 <br />, 1 1 <br />ft NOL of E~ of H"2 of SW~l of Sec 2, <br />T 29 R 23. <br /> <br />-0- <br /> <br />Subj t'J St; the S n3.5l ft of N <br />919.54 ft of W 161.57 ft of E~ <br />of Ht of SH~; of Sec 2 T 29 P 23 <br /> <br />571.88 <br />
